Welcome to your new Shopify theme—a modern, highly customizable, and performance-optimized theme designed to help your brand create a beautiful and engaging online store.
This documentation will guide you through every step, from installing the theme to customizing its sections, blocks, and global settings.
Theme Installation #
Follow these steps to install your Shopify theme:
- Log in to your Shopify Admin.
- Go to Online Store → Themes.
- Click Upload theme.
- Select your theme .zip file and upload it.
- Once the upload is complete, click Actions → Publish to make the theme live.
Theme Editor Overview #
To customize your store, open the Theme Editor by clicking Customize on your published theme.
The editor consists of three main areas:
Left Panel #
Manage your store’s sections and blocks. You can add, remove, reorder, and customize the content displayed on each page.
Live Preview #
The center area displays a real-time preview of your storefront, allowing you to see changes instantly.
Settings Panel #
When you select a section or block, its available settings appear in the side panel. Depending on the section, you can edit:
- Text
- Images
- Buttons
- Colors
- Layout
- Alignment
- Spacing
- Typography
- Other customization options
Understanding Sections #
Pages in your theme are built using Sections.
Each section is an independent content area that can be added, removed, reordered, or customized from the Theme Editor.
Common sections include:
- Slideshow
- Image with Text
- Collection List
- Featured Collection
- Featured Product
- Video
- Testimonials
- Newsletter
- Instagram Feed
- Blog Posts
- Media Gallery
To add a new section:
- Scroll to the bottom of the left panel.
- Click Add section.
- Choose the desired section.
- Configure its settings.
Understanding Blocks #
Many sections support Blocks, which allow you to build flexible layouts without editing code.
Blocks can usually be:
- Added
- Removed
- Reordered
- Customized individually
The available block types depend on the selected section.
Editing Content Blocks #
Most sections include one or more of the following block types.
Heading Block #
Use this block to display titles or headings.
Available settings include:
- Heading text
- Heading size (H1–H6)
- Text alignment (Left, Center, Right)
- Color scheme (where available)
Text Block #
Use this block for descriptions or supporting content.
Available settings include:
- Body text
- Text size
- Text alignment
- Text style
- Color scheme (where available)
Button Block #
Add call-to-action buttons to guide customers.
Available settings include:
- Button label
- Link
- Button style
- Button size
- Button alignment
- Spacing and layout
Global Theme Settings #
Global settings are available under Theme Settings in the Theme Editor and apply across your entire store.
Colors #
Create your store’s global color palette, including:
- Background colors
- Text colors
- Button colors
- Accent colors
- Border colors
Typography #
Customize the typography used throughout your store.
Available settings include:
- Heading font
- Body font
- Button font
- Font sizes
- Font weights
- Line height
- Letter spacing
Logo & Favicon #
Upload your brand assets for a consistent identity.
Settings include:
- Store logo
- Logo width
- Favicon
Social Media #
Add links to your brand’s social media profiles, such as:
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
- TikTok
Customizing Your Store #
The theme is designed to be flexible and easy to customize without editing code.
You can:
- Add, remove, and reorder sections.
- Customize every section independently.
- Change colors and typography globally.
- Upload images, videos, and icons.
- Configure buttons and links.

All changes are previewed instantly in the Theme Editor before publishing.
